OVERVIEW:

The Mulino event was the first of the community celebrations for OCDC's 40th Anniversary. It was held in the newest OCDC building and a ribbon cutting ceremony was a major feature of the program.  The event was attended by many community members, partners and stakeholders. Key to the success of the day was the donation of parking space by the Sunstone Circuits of Mulino.  Those who attended were treated to tours of the new classrooms and the playground, presentations on transportation, health and education.
